You are never handed a feed to scroll. When you open an exchange, PodSwap scores every post waiting for engagement and serves you the single highest-scoring one — matching on audience size first, then niche. Here is that query running against a worked example.

Rooms open when enough people are in them
An exchange stays closed until enough creators are present at the same time. When it opens, everyone checked in is granted free demand — because in a room of N, everyone can engage everyone else exactly once. The threshold is the deliverable.

In a room of 6, everyone can engage the other 5 once. The 25% haircut is the safety margin.
A room holds open for at least 60 minutes. If an exchange sits closed for 7 days everyone waiting is nudged, and after 14 days the threshold steps down — so a quiet exchange recovers instead of staying dark.
Deduplication
You will never see the same post twice
Every queue and every post you have ever touched is excluded permanently — and the exclusion is cross-exchange. A post you commented on will not reappear in your saves or shares queue. Your own accounts are excluded outright.
When the constrained query finds nothing, a fallback runs with the bracket and niche terms stripped, so the exchange never dead-ends on an empty screen.

Trust
Health is the currency behind the currency
Every account starts at 100. At 95 or above, your engagements confirm immediately and your points land immediately. Below it, everything waits 24 hours while the other side can respond.
The score is keyed to the Instagram account itself, so deleting and re-adding it does not reset anything.

Hook & Keywords — 30 points, withheld. Scoring a hook needs the language model, and that runs on your account, not in this browser. It is not a locked feature teasing you; it is the edge of what this page can honestly do.

The shadowban scanner is seven weighted signals
Not a verdict pulled from the air. Each signal has a window, a threshold and a weight, and the scan tells you which one tripped.

What PodSwap does not do
- It does not run on TikTok yet. The TikTok side is written and tested, but no account can be connected and every room is closed — see /tiktok for exactly what exists. YouTube and everywhere else: nothing.
- It does not verify saves, shares or story views. Instagram exposes no third-party signal for those three, so they are self-reported and backed by the health score instead.
- It does not automate anything. Every engagement is performed by a person, by hand, in the Instagram app.
- It does not ask for your password and does not use the official Instagram API. It reads your public profile only.
- It does not sell you a paid plan. Pro and Max exist in the code but there is no billing integration — they are waitlist-only.
