Meta Introduces New Digital Literacy Program for Middle Schoolers

Marking Safer Internet Day, Meta has announced the launch of a new digital literacy program for middle schoolers in partnership with Childhelp. The program aims to educate youngsters about online safety, including recognizing grooming and sextortion scams. Developed with input from leading child safety experts, the curriculum is available for free to teachers, parents, and caregivers. It’s part of the Childhelp ‘Speak Up Be Safe’ program, providing guidance on various safety issues.
