In the Case of Erroneous Purchases: If a package is mistakenly acquired, we will issue full refund. However if you used the service for more than 24 hours after the purchase, we cannot refund.

For Service Interruptions Due to Instagram Username Changes: It is important to note that refunds cannot be provided for disruptions in service resulting from changes to your Instagram username.
