Account Insights and Account Report organise observations about a connected public Instagram account. Public signals are not a substitute for every metric available inside Instagram Insights. PodSwap cannot infer private reach, saves or profile views simply from public likes and comments.
Use each output for its intended purpose
Account Report explains an account-level picture. Post Scores assess individual posts where the account is eligible for automatic scoring. The public Podscore caption grader reviews text you supply. Viral Predictor is an estimate with limitations, and Shadowban Checker is a diagnostic prompt rather than an official Instagram ruling.
Compare like with like
Check the observation period, sample size, missing data and account requirements. Compare posts of similar format and age. A score, correlation or estimated engagement rate does not prove the cause of a result, and changing one caption cannot isolate every factor affecting performance.
