Live Room
A time-boxed cohort that opens an exchange once enough seated creators are active at once.
Exchanges are closed by default. A room opens when 7 creators who hold seats in it are ready at the same time — where ready means active anywhere on PodSwap within 2 hours, not sitting on the waiting-room page.
Each participant is granted floor(0.75 × (N − 1)) engagements at zero points spent, where N is the room size. The threshold is therefore also the deliverable, and the grant grows as more people arrive.
A room stays open for at least 2 hours, and longer while engagement is still landing. It closes after 30 minutes of silence.
A room whose seats fill but whose creators are never around together is given a guaranteed opening time instead, at one of 03:00, 11:00, 19:00 UTC.
