The world's first AI social media growth system
An AI built this. And it runs it. It will never touch your account
Every other AI growth tool automates your Instagram and hopes nobody notices. PodSwap inverts it. An autonomous agent designed the product, wrote the corpus, ships the apps, writes the press and publishes the algorithm reports — and every engagement is still performed by a person, by hand.
The AI runs the system. People do the engagement. By hand.
The AI runs the system
Infrastructure, end to end
The design, the prototype, the mark, this website, thousands of niche guides, the semantic graph between them, the monthly algorithm report, the outreach to journalists, the email engine and native apps on five platforms. That is the machine, and a model built and operates all of it.

Your account, your hands
No password. No session token. No use of the official Instagram API. Every comment, save, share, follow and story view is left by a real creator, inside the Instagram app, deliberately. There is no automation on your account for a platform to detect, because there is none.
How that is enforcedWhy this way round
The dangerous part of an AI growth tool is the part touching your account
An automation tool logs into your account and acts as you. That is the product, and it is also the liability: it is a pattern, it is detectable, and it is against the rules of every platform it runs on. The risk was never the intelligence. It was the access.
So the agent here is given everything except the access. It can write ten thousand words of niche research, argue with a design, pitch a journalist and publish a data report, and none of that requires a single credential belonging to a creator.
What is left for people is the part that only works when a person does it. A real comment from a real account in your follower bracket is worth something precisely because a machine did not leave it.
What the agent does
Ten jobs, most with something you can go and check
Three of them carry no link, and it is worth saying which and why: the outreach and email systems run in private repositories, and the mark has no page of its own. A decorative link that proves nothing would be worse than admitting the gap.
The design and the working prototype
ShippedEvery screen on this site, and the clickable prototype behind it, came out of the agent before a single line was written by hand.
The build, documentedThe mark, the palette and the name
ShippedBrand identity generated and iterated by the agent: the wordmark, the colour system and the vocabulary the whole site is written in.
Thousands of niche guides, written on demand
RunningThe agent writes a platform growth guide when 5 creators ask for one, not before.
Browse the corpusThe relationship graph between niches
RunningWhich niches are genuinely adjacent is a judgement, and the agent makes it across the whole taxonomy.
The niche directoryThe 30 points a rubric cannot grade
ShippedPodscore is 100 points. Seventy of them are deterministic rules. The other 30 need a language model to read your hook.
The rubric, in fullA monthly report on the Instagram algorithm
RunningBuilt from the network's own aggregated engagement data, published every month, with the outliers capped and labelled rather than hidden.
The intelligence hubPress written and pitched, without a press release
RunningThe agent researches journalists and publishers, writes an individual pitch for each, and sends it on a throttle.
The email engine and the weekly reports
RunningCampaigns, sequences, digests and a weekly performance report on your own account, all dispatched without a person scheduling them.
Native apps on five platforms
ShippedWindows, macOS, Linux and Android shipped. iOS in internal beta.
Download the appIts own indexing and integrity checks
RunningThe agent submits its pages for indexing, verifies its own generated markup and repairs what it broke.
The sitemapThe models behind this are Google Gemini and Z.ai GLM-4. Naming them is not a detail most tools in this category will give you, and it is the difference between a claim you can weigh and one you cannot.
What stays human
The list the AI is not allowed near
Every engagement
Every comment, save, share, follow and story view on PodSwap is performed by a person, by hand, inside the Instagram app. The agent has no access to your account, no password and no session. There is no automation on your account to detect, because there is none.
Every dispute
When delivery is contested, a human moderator reads the screenshot and decides. Penalties run both ways: a false report costs the person filing it exactly what an upheld report costs the person who did not deliver.
Every judgement about your account
PodSwap does not predict your reach, does not promise you followers, and does not tell you your post will go viral. The tools grade what is measurable and stop where measurement stops.
Questions
The things people actually ask first
Is PodSwap an AI social media growth system?
Yes, under a specific reading. The AI runs the system. People do the engagement. An autonomous agent built by QQuantum.ai designed the product, wrote the site and its niche corpus, runs the press outreach and the email engine, and publishes the monthly algorithm report. What it never does is touch a creator's Instagram account.
Does the AI comment, like or follow on my behalf?
No. Every engagement on PodSwap is performed by a person, by hand, inside the Instagram app. There is no password, no session token and no use of the official Instagram API. That is the point of the design: there is no automation on your account for a platform to detect, because there is none.
What does the AI actually do?
It designed the brand and the prototype, writes a niche growth guide when 5 creators vote for one, maps the semantic relationships between niches, grades the 30 points of Podscore that a rubric cannot reach, publishes the monthly Instagram algorithm report from aggregated first-party data, and researches and writes individual pitches to journalists.
Who built the AI behind PodSwap?
QQuantum.ai, an applied AI consultancy. The design, the prototype and the agent that operates the system all came from them. Their case study on this build is published at https://qquantum.ai/work/podswap.
Is an AI growth tool safe for my Instagram account?
Most are not, because most work by automating your account, which is what gets accounts actioned. PodSwap inverts that. The AI runs the platform and never holds your credentials, so the only activity on your account is activity you performed yourself.
Connect a handle. It is free.
No card, no password, nothing to buy. The AI has already done its half.
