The limits, which are the point
TikTok publishes per-video view counts, which means both TikTok and PodSwap can read a burst against a number. So the TikTok side carries rails Instagram does not: 40 engagements a day per account, comments capped at 15, a gap of 45 to 210 seconds between actions drawn fresh each time, no video receiving more than 30% of the reach it earned on its own, and a 14-day quarantine before a new account can bank points.
Each one is published with the configuration key that sets it, on the safety-rails page. A number in marketing copy is a claim; a number with its key beside it is something you can hold the software to.
What none of it can do is promise you anything downstream. Whether attention that arrives through a link moves TikTok distribution the way attention from the feed does is genuinely unknown, and every service in this category assumes it without demonstrating it.
