The weighted total PodSwap computes for every waiting queue to decide which post you are shown next.
Terms: exact follower bracket +100,000; nearest adjacent bracket +90,000, stepping down to a floor of +10,000; exact niche +100; parent category +50; Pro tier +10; Max tier +20; seeded queue -10,000,000.
The highest score wins. Ties are broken oldest-queue-first, so waiting longer is never a disadvantage.
