How to prepare and manage comment groups
Organise reusable comment ideas into groups and get writing suggestions. You still read the creator’s content, choose a suitable response and post it yourself.
Organise your ideas
- Open the Comments Manager for your connected account.
- Create or choose a group for the subject you are posting about.
- Add relevant, varied comments and review them before using the group.
Free accounts have a group allowance. Check the current allowance in your account; it is separate from the number of comments you can write manually.
Adapt to the actual post
Use a saved idea or a generated suggestion as a starting point. Mention something specific from the content and remove anything that does not fit.
Post by hand
Open Instagram or TikTok as instructed and leave the final comment yourself. Copying a suggestion into PodSwap is not the same as posting it on the creator’s content.
Access and limitations
A prepared comment should make participation easier without making it generic. The manager is a writing aid, not an automatic commenting tool.
