How disputes work
A 24-hour window, a right of reply, screenshot proof, and a human moderator — with penalties that run in both directions.
The process
The receiver files a report. That opens a 24-hour window and costs the sender 1 health point immediately.
The sender may reply or submit a screenshot. The receiver may accept, deny, or escalate to a human moderator.
An upheld report costs the sender 5 points and re-queues the receiver at the top of the priority order. An overturned one pays the sender and costs the receiver 5 for the false denial.
Common questions
What if someone takes engagement without giving any back?
File a report. It opens a 24-hour window, costs them a health point immediately, and if a moderator upholds it they lose 5 more while you are re-queued at the top of the priority order.
