The health score
A 0–100 trust score keyed to your Instagram account, deciding whether engagement confirms instantly or waits.
How it moves
Every account starts at 100. A dispute filed against you costs 1 point; an upheld dispute costs 5; denying valid proof and losing the escalation also costs 5. An overturned dispute restores the point.
At 95 or above, your engagements confirm immediately and your points land immediately. Below that, everything holds for 24 hours while the other side can respond.
The score is keyed to the Instagram account ID rather than your PodSwap login, so removing and re-adding the account does not reset it.
