TikTok's account-level counterpart to per-video ineligibility, in the platform's own wording.

TikTok describes it as potentially limiting an account's ability to post new content, to appear in top search results, or to appear in the For You feed.

Unlike a per-video label it is reported on the account status page inside the app, which is the one authoritative source on the subject. Strikes contributing to it expire 90 days after each is applied.
