How disputes work
Three of the five exchanges cannot be verified by any third party, so the dispute pipeline is what stands behind them. It is deliberately symmetrical: filing a false report costs you as much as failing to deliver.

The clock
A receiver who did not get what they were owed files a report. That starts a 24-hour window and immediately costs the sender 1 health point.
The sender can reply with a rebuttal, or submit a screenshot as proof. The receiver can accept it, deny it, or escalate.
If the sender does nothing before the window closes, the engagement is marked failed and the receiver is re-queued.
Escalation
An escalation goes to a human moderator, not an algorithm.
If the report is upheld, the sender loses 5 health points and the receiver is re-queued at the top of the priority order.
If it is overturned, the sender is paid and the receiver loses 5 for the false denial. The penalty runs both ways on purpose — a dispute system that only punishes one side becomes a weapon.
Content quality is a separate path
Reports about a queued post rather than an engager follow their own route. Five different users reporting the same post for the same reason triggers an automatic action: a post that will not load is paused, and one with the wrong content is cancelled and its owner warned.
Five independent reports is a deliberately high bar, because the action is automatic and nobody reviews it first.
Common questions
What happens if someone does not deliver the engagement they promised?
You file a report. That starts a 24-hour window in which they can respond or submit proof, and it immediately costs them a health point. If a moderator upholds your report they lose 5 more and you are re-queued at the top of the priority order.
Can someone report me unfairly?
They can file, but it is not free. If you submit proof and the receiver denies it, an escalation goes to a human moderator — and if the report is overturned, the person who filed it loses 5 health points.
