The health score

Every account starts at 100. A dispute filed against you costs 1 point. If a moderator upholds it, that becomes 5.

Denying valid proof and losing the escalation also costs 5 — the penalty runs in both directions, so filing a false report is not free.

If a dispute against you is overturned, the point is restored.

The score is keyed to the Instagram account ID, so removing the account from PodSwap and re-adding it does not reset anything.

At 95 or above your engagements confirm immediately and your points land immediately.

Below it, every engagement you perform waits 24 hours before confirming, which gives the other side time to report a problem.

A receiver who did not get what they were owed files a report, which starts a 24-hour clock.

The sender can respond with a rebuttal or a screenshot as proof. The receiver can accept it, deny it, or escalate.

An escalation goes to a human moderator. If the report is upheld the sender loses 5 points and the receiver is re-queued at the top of the priority order. If it is overturned, the sender is paid and the false denial costs the receiver 5.

Separately, if five different users report the same queued post for the same reason, it is paused or cancelled automatically.
